Teru vs Mob
Teru is the first real foil Mob's been given. To some degree, he wants the same thing as Mob , but shows no restraint in using his psychic powers to achieve it. He has no respect for other people , no interest in muscles , and no restraint . All that matters is his ambition and other people are just tools to achieve his ambitions. He's taken Dimple's primitive philosophy of power and advanced it into the full Nietzschean philosophy of power relationships. Teru is certainly meant to be seen an Übermensch . He walks his own path, that is personally fulfilling to him and uses his power to pave the way. He pays no heed to the ambitions of others and gains followers sheerly through his own success . That's a by the book Übermensch.
